Yala Travel, a leading trekking company organize Everest Base Camp Trek which is the attraction of the trekkers of the world. To carry out the trek to this part of the Himalaya within a confined time frame, the trek begins and ends at Lukla. The Trek to Everest Base Camp kicks off at Lukla to the upper Phakding along Dudh Kosi valley which slides up to the land of great Sherpas’; Namche. Magnificent forests of rhododendron, magnolia and giant firs render the soothing start to your trek right along the way to Namche. The aura of flowers on the neighboring woods of the trekking trial will make your walk a ceaseless memory. From Namche the trekking trial goes along a high traversing route and then head towards Thyangboche Monastery.
The monastery regally postures at 3867m and is structurally settled on a ridge top with imposing views of the Ama Dablam and Everest landscapes. Then the trial follows the downhill trial to the Imja Khola and proceeds to the cultural villages of Pangboche and Pheriche just before getting closer to the Khumbu Glacier.
Leaving the timberline behind and following the glacier, the trial initially grasps the cultural encounter at the highland Sherpa village Lobuche; a vantage point for some spectacular views of the Ama Dablam, Taweche and other peaks and then heads towards Gorak Shep for a breather. From Gorakshep we also have the chance to climb up to Kala Pattar from where we can catch some top-drawer views of the Himalayan giants.
The view from Kalapattar includes fantastic views of the south west face of the colossal Mt. Everest. We then trek down to the Everest Base Camp; the base of mighty Everest at the foot of the Khumbu ice falls before finally making our way back down to Lukla.
